Applying Edible Diamonds And Sps

High, I have a quick question... What do you usually use to apply your edible diamonds to a cake with? Gum glue, melted chocolate?

Also, if I am using SPS and my cake is 6/9/12... do I use those exact sized plates or go down one inch so that they do not show?

You use 6 and 9 SPS plates. The 12 will sit on a cake drum or bottom board of similar type.

I usually use gum glue for edible diamonds.

I ordered the SPS from Oasis. Used them for 2 weddings this weekend and NEVER using anything else! OMG...delivery was a breeze and stressless! Thanks girl!
