Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone out there has any tips for using isomalt as a body of water on a cake...Any ideas will be greatly appreciated~!!

I melt blue jolly ranchers in the oven on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. If you want waves, I use piping gel over the melted jolly ranchers. Much easier. ![]()
