My BC is thinner than I need (but so easy to work w/) so my hot hands are a problem.

they should make some sort of thin glove that keep your hands comfortable, but the outside cool.

Sounds like a good idea... did this help ? I recently had a problem with my BC melting.

You could wrap your hand a couple of times with a small Ace bandage. Either way, fill 2 or 3 bags with icing. Keep 2 in the frig while you're working with one. When that one gets warm, swap it for one in the frig.

I use those winter stretch gloves........another thing is only fill your bags half way and change them out often. Sometimes overfilling your bag will cause you to have to squeeze harder and making your hands even hotter!
