We need to learn to fondant better and I'm wondering if I can use cake dummies for this purpose and can you reuse them?

The last two pics in my pictures are cake dummies, and when i was finished one, I scraped off the fondant and started in on making the next..
Just be gentle with them as the styrofoam can chip. And mist the styrofoam with water to help the fondant stick to it.

Sure you can. Just cover it in plastic wrap, ice with bc, and then, when you are done, remove the bc and plastic wrap. To reuse, just wrap the dummy in clean plastic wrap.
