I'm doing a small wedding cake in October and the bride-to-be was thinking either red velvet or some kind of almond cake. I found a couple red velvet recipes on here I'll try out, but no almond cake...anybody know of an almond cake recipe?? All I can think is WASC, but I consider that a white cake.
