HELP why is my homemade qum paste craking? Luckly I don't need cake til saturday but I am making a sponge bob and the gum paste is cracking on me got any ideas?
Try mixing it 50:50 with fondant, that should stop the cracking and you'll still get enough strength from the gumpaste.
