I have a variety of different pans, wilton, celebrate it, majic line, pampered chef and some I dont have a clue what brand they are!! icon_smile.gif I will be buying more pans soon as I get closer to opening a cake shop. I'm wondering what are your favorite pans and why? I do occassionally have a issue with different brand matching in size. Looking forward to hearing/reading your feedback! THanks & Blessings!! I only use Magic line for round, square, and rectangle. I use Fad Daddio for the shapes that Magic Line doesn't make, and then I use Wilton if they make a shape i want that neither of the other two make.

But i wish Magic Line made more shapes!

Love my Magic Line, use some Wilton pans for shapes too

Magic Line then Fat Daddio - I do my best to never buy a Wilton pan. Its such as waste of my hard earned cash.
