Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question but...

What do you use to clean your (home) kitchen and prep surfaces?

A solution of white vinegar and water. It cuts the grease like nothing else and helps get rid of germs. There may be something better for the sterilizing part, but I'm not sure what it is.
