Not Sure How To Structure 3D Cake...need Help

I recently received an order for a 3D Hockey player cake...yes they would like the hockey player to be the cake. I've done 3D cakes in the past but I am not sure how to soundly structure this cake...as the bottom of the cake would essentially be the ice skates which have the blade. The weight is obviously going to be to much. I've thought of having the player possibly sitting on a bench or something like that but I'm not sure. I would love some help or ideas on how I could structure, secure this cake better.
