Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the whole business side and have had a bride request a cake for 30 girls like the one she found on here. But she wants it two tiers not three. How much would you charge for this?

A 2-tier to serve 30 would be a 6/8 (serves 12/24 = 36 servings) x whatever your price per serving for fondant would be. And that's price x 36, not price x 30.

My fondant price would have been over $150.

Its not "just a 2 tier cake". Its cake enough to feed 36 people. In a restaurant, that's enough cake to feed 9 tables of people!
