I want to attempt to make sugar ice cubes and i dont know where to buy corn syrup, i need to know where to get it (in store or internet) and also what brand to look out for.
thanx
Well, I get mine at walmart in the pancake/syrup isle and I just use their store brand. I havent notice a difference from the KARO brand. Just cheaper

hi ambar2 thanx for the quick reply '' i however live in the uk and we dont have a walmart, you mentioned 'KARO' is that one of the main brands? sorry if my questions seem a bit dumb but i am a complete beginer : )
The best UK equivalent you will get is glucose syrup, but you will need to thin it with some hot water, as corn syrup is a much looser consistency (like runny honey). Hope that helps!
I have not tried this yet but do plan to when I need syrup again.

I know this is 10 days after you posted your question, but just so you know you can get corn syrup at amazon.co.uk
