I'm looking for something that crusts a tiny bit, just enough to hold when decorating.. not too overly sweet and very creamy? Is there such a thing?? I've tried several different recipes and can't find exactly what I want... thanks.
Have you tried Buttercream Dream recipe? It's in the recipe section. The salted butter cuts down the sweetness.
