If anyone has a recipe for a light and moist banana flavored cake i would appreciate it! I have never made banana before and i have someone who wants an atomic cake.

This is the one I use for my sister-in-law. We tried three and this was picked as the winner - they ask for it almost every cake I make for her family. It's dense and moist and full of natural banana flavor.
