I have read several recipes on IMBC icings and was wondering how long it last's and can it be kept in the fridge ??? thanks
You're welcome. What I do is as soon as I make it, I freeze it in smaller glass containers (my pyrex). That way I can take out as many containers as I need and they defrost faster if smaller. Then I rewhip when they have come to room temperature and use.
If I need it in the next day or two I never refrigerate. And the stuff keeps in the freezer for at least 2 months and it's fine.
