My son just came home from school and said that his teacher is having a bake sale THIS FRIDAY to help raise money for an upcoming field trip. I usually make NFSC with flooded icing but they won't have time to dry. Any ideas would be great! I know kids don't really care about how they look but I do....I can always just do chocolate chip but I like outside of the box.

Even if someone can suggest squares or a small cake. I prefer to have things make in single servings. I guess I really don't need to panic to get something "good looking" out but like I said...I like being outside the box.

My firs tthought was fondant too. You could buy some or make some.

Also, wondering what icing you use. I can usually package after about 12-18 hours as they are dry enough to do this. I use Antonia's Royal icing recipe.
