iv been asked to do a cake for my cousin. its a suprise cake for her, from her sisters. shes having a party and she wants a princess castle (using the wilton kit)....
the only thing is shes going to be 27!!!
how on earth do i do this without it being child-like?!
help!

Have a look at some 'castle' wedding cakes. They may give you some ideas!
