I'm sorry, I know you all get questions like this all of the time, but I have a friend who wants me to redo her wedding cake for her anniversary.

How do I make the leaves on the cake? She says she HATES fondant so that's not an option. Thanks for any help!

If fondant is not an option, then I would say modeling chocolate. And don't forget that fondant accents on buttercream can be pulled off very easily.
