I'm sorry, I know you all get questions like this all of the time, but I have a friend who wants me to redo her wedding cake for her anniversary.

Here is her wedding cake:

How do I make the leaves on the cake? She says she HATES fondant so that's not an option. Thanks for any help!

If fondant is not an option, then I would say modeling chocolate. And don't forget that fondant accents on buttercream can be pulled off very easily.

You can make them by placing white chocolate in a mold and freezing it and then popping them out or by paintimg leaves with white chocolate and peeling it off.
