Am part way through making the above cake from the recipe posted online by Elisa Strauss and it tells me to mix butter and sugar but guess what - the ingredients list does not contain sugar - can anybody advise me of the quantity - don't want to bin the rest of the ingredients which have already been combined.
The recipe in her book, Confetti Cakes, calls for 2 cups (14 ounces) of sugar.
