I recently heard that if I am to bake from home I need to get my kitchen inspected, who should I talk to about this?
& what is it exactly, what do they check for??

im not far from you, you need to call your local capital health inspector. I called the mail capital health line and they directed me to him icon_smile.gif

Well I personally, called about what I COULD do, which is farmers markets for now.

But just call, or! I think on the capital health website it tells you... hmm I have have the file saved.
