When I made mine I hand rolled fondant into a white ball then let it dry then covered that in a thin layer of black fondant. While the black was still soft i used a needle tool to cut a mouth so the white could poke through. I used the duff metal cake wires for antennae available at michaels. You could also use floral wire and bend it yourself. I have a picture in my gallery of my cake hope it helps!

I baked my head in a pampered chef small batter bowl and and then cut that 1/2. It's not on here, I'll post it.
