I finally brought my first kitchen aid mixer the red color today and I love it! If I was to beat the butter and sugar do I use the paddle or the whisk? I trying to get used to it

paddle for butter
C-hook for thick doughs like pizza
whisk for eggs & such
kitchen aid mixers are great & literally makes life easier...enjoy!

Hopefully I will be getting mine in the next couple of weeks... I am tired of buying had mixers that last only a few weeks. Then I can start making my own fondant as well.
