I know there are several charts and things for determining price of wedding cake, but can someone please just give me some simple opinions for:
A 4 tier stacked cake: 6", 8" 10" and 14" to feed 140-150, 3 flavors, covered in fondant. Not too worried about decorations- will be fairly simple. Thanks for your opinion!
Our basic fondant price for 150 servings would be about $700.
Mine would be a little more than half of that.
You'd probably do best to go more in line with the local shops, since prices depend so much on where you are located. HTH!

There are more important things to factor in than what the shop down the road charges. You have to charge enough for your supplies, labor and to make a profit. These numbers will vary from person to person.
