Hey everyone! I have been looking for a great white cake recipe and just haven't found THE ONE. I prefer to only bake from scratch, so if you have any recipes to share, I would really appreciate it.

Your subject line indicates you need one that "stacks well". Any cake will work for stacking because its the support system that supports the upper tiers, not the cake itself.

You are so right! Perhaps I should have said a recipe that will not crumble and fall apart at the slightest touch. icon_biggrin.gif
