hello , i need to know why i have split and break on the cake after i finished . what should i do to stop it. thanks

What kind of fondant are you using? It may be drying out. I find satin ice is one brand that dries out really fast and cracks on me. If you are using MMF, then it sounds like you are using too much icing sugar.
