She may already know or should know. I mean just because you brought cookies to a friends party doesn't mean you have a license. I wouldn't expect people that bring things to our parties to have a food license. Be honest with her and then again she may not even care. Maybe you can swap payment for the use of her kitchen, or bake them in her kitchen. Just be honest and go from there.
