Hi All
Is another out there renting space from a commercial kitchen? I have recently been approved. The Dept of Agriculture said I can do it as long as I am not baking when the Coffee Shop is open. I just made a down payment for my insurance and today I got a call from the agent stating that the underwriter is not sure they will cover me since I am sub-leasing. Still waiting on a final answer. Just when you think everything is going well, there's another obstacle.
