Which brand of cake pans do you prefer? Is one better than the other? Do you have a specific brand you like to use?

I like the crisp corners of the Magic Line pans.

I have Fat Daddio's and love them. To ber fair I must say that I have never tried Magic Line.

i've tried both, and got rid of my Fat Daddio, i only have magic line (for the shapes they make, my other shapes are either wilton or fat daddio.)

I compared the sides on the Fat Daddios rounds with Magic Line. I also compared the corners on the square pans. By my eye, Magic Line is better.

i just got a full set of magic line pans and i love them! but, i've never tried fat daddio's so i can't really compare =/ fat daddio's fondant mat is awesome though!

I have been replacing my squares and rectangles with Fat Daddios. All my round are in great condition so I have no plan to replace them yet. BUT. I used to work for a bakery and we had Magic Line quarter and half sheet pans and the corners in ALL the pans are tearing.

For large square/sheets I say Fat Daddio all the way!! They bake nice and even, even the 16-inch square comes out nearly flat across the top. I love them!!!
