Hiya

So I mainly have the ingredients for swiss meringue buttercream so could make really easily, however can it be used for crumb coating?

Ps its 730pm here and the cake is due at 10am tomorrow!

Absolutely! It's the only buttercream I use

Yup!! I also only use SMBC unless the customer wants the american BC.
