hi lovely ppl....i needed some help of u all to do this cake for my best friends b'day but have no clue how it is done doesnt look like fondant to me..or is it donw with royal icing ..has it been traced..clueless..just cant get it..pls help me to do this cake with ur advises..thankyou

It looks to be airbrushed to me. The dark black lines are either brushed on with a paintbrush and black food coloring or icing or done using a small round tip. (in some places like the hair it looks painted on and other places like the arms and body it looks piped)

But you could do a royal icing transfer, buttercream transfer, or print it out on paper and then trace it with a toothpick on the cake so you have a pattern to follow.
