Whipped Chocolate Ganache Filling

I'm making a cake with whipped ganache filling. How early can I fill the cake? It's due on a Saturday, but I'g like to decorate it on Friday - will the filling hold up?

Yes it will, refrigerated. Just be sure to whip it completely.
I never fridge any of my cakes & I use whipped ganache all the time. Most of my cakes are filled at least 2 days ahead and are kept at room temp until serving. Never had a problem, even in the summer.
since ganache has cream in it, don't you have to fridge it?
Nope. The chocolate stabalizes it.
