I see all of these clean, smooth edges on Fondant and I am wondering how you get those? The wheel cutter is good for larger pieces but I can't get round edges on smaller pieces with it. The fondant knife that came in my kit stinks, and makes rough edges. I tried a knife, and it still made rough edges.
Do you use a special tool or are you just better at this than me? LOL
i always use a simple pizza cutter to get around the bottom of the cake, but if it is a small corner or detail i use an exacto. make sure the blade is clean and new- works everytime! hth ![]()
