I need to make a vanilla bean cake that isn't so dense. The first one I had made was using the WASC recipe. Any ideas?Thank you.
Have your tried replacing the all purpose flour with cake flour? After three tries last weekend, I did that plus replaced the granulated sugar with Baker/Castor sugar (fine grained) in a lemon cake recipe. Success, at last!
