Our primary business is becoming 3D sculpted cakes. I'm having trouble making a moist great tasting cake that is durable enough to carve. I've tried home made as well as modified box. Could you give me some advice?

I use that recipe a lot and it is really tasty, moist and good for carving. thumbs_up.gif

I use almost any cake for carving. I don't think it really matters that much as long as its well supported, and you carve while chilled.
