Topsy Turvey?

I'm going to be making a two tiered topsy turvey for my Church next Sunday and I was hoping for some tips on the carving and covering in fondant. Any tips or suggestions are welcome! : )

Www.cakesuppliesdepot.com has tipsy turret pans! It would be much easier than carving, if u ask me

Well, I live in Asia and there aren't any cake decorating stores where I live so that won't work. Thanks for the link though!
