How do I figure out how much batter i need for a specific pan? I bought a mini cupcake pan from Wal-Mart (looks like the Wilton one but smaller). Also I have some larger pans-I think one of them is 11x17 so how much batter would I need for that?

Here is a chart on Wilton's site that has better amounts for LOTS of different size pans. An 11x15 uses 11 cups of batter. These are just approximate, you usually want to have your pan filled somewhere between 1/2 and 2/3 to give you a full 2" height. They also have one for 3" pans if you use 3" tall pans.
