I was going to make the Tiramisu cake (Macsmom's recipe) and was wondering if any one else has made this. My question is how far in advance can you apply the espresso syrup to the cake? The cake is due next on 2/16 and I planned to make it this weekend. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
