I was refilling my ink cartridges and followed the instructions to remove the little plug with a tack. I was being careful but one of the little plugs flew off my tack and landed in the printer. OOPS! 
sigh. I cant see it and I'm not sure what to do to replug the cartridge. Sigh. Just not my day, I guess. What can I do? By the way I'm using a canon mp560.

What a mess! The one without the plug drained all the ink and the yellow cartridge sucked some of the blue up and is now green. I give up. Sigh. I'm pretty sure I'm going to need a new yellow cartridge, and who knows, at this point I may need a new printer? Not a good day with my printer. 
Give us a call, if you havent already done so, we have solutions, but too much to write! No worries, you dont have to replace your printer! You can put tape over the whole as well.
I'll call you tomorrow! And I'll need to ores a new cartridge too I think. I think the yellow is toast. ;(
