Hi all
I'm about to make a three-tiered cake (a mountain with a mountain biker on it!) and am trying to work out how the customer will cut it without the mountain collapsing half way through.
I know with normal tiered cakes, that each tier can come off and be cut separately, but how would this happen with a shaped three-tier cake?
Any ideas gratefully received.
thanks
Let her know where your separator plates or whatever you use for support are and tell her to cut down to there for the first piece. She will have to go around the entire top before she can take the separtor out and cut down to the next level. This would be the easiest way for her to cut it without it falling apart.
