I have finally gotten the lets experiment with different flavors bug. I just finished making a batch of yellow cupacakes with pure coconut extract and a couple of tablespoons of real rum.
I wanted to know what flavored icing you would reccomend that would compliment the cupcakes.

I was just thinking yesterday of making a coconut cake with chocolate fudge frosting (or ganache)...kind of like almond joy!

mmmmmmm... chocolate does sound good. I used to eat Almond Joy until I developed an allergy to nuts
