Just wondering what peoples thoughts were in regards to charging a set amount for gumpaste extras eg Gumpaste shoe and gumpaste people?
I am starting to do a few of these and think i need an approximate cost.
I am finding them hard to price, as the ingredients costs are not huge but my time is.
Look forward to hearing how you price these and what you charge.

I know this is not an original response, but I figure out my costs for the ingredients and then estimate how long it will take me to complete the fondant details or the figurine. When I first started making figurines, I always "lost" money because I understimated how long it would take me to make them. Now, since I have made quite a few, I have a more realistic idea of the time involved. HTH!
