Is Choco-Pan Similiar To Modeling Chocolate?

I have some choco-pan which is very stiff until kneaded. I have never bought but made modeling chocolate, which is also stiff until kneaded. Will they work the same for sculpting? What would be the differences?

No, chocopan is very soft.

chocopan is fondant ingredients and chocolate mixture. Modeling chocolate is made mainly with chocolate and glucose or lite corn syrup.hth
