Hello!!
Has anyone done this recipe from Wilton? It calls for 50/50 Butter/Shortening but I want to use all shortening to get a whiter icing. Has anyone done that?
I will be using it for decorating so I am assuming it will be good for that. I may do a trial recipe just in case.

Ingredients:
18 ounces (3 6 ounce pkgs) white baking chocolate coarsely chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 cup solid vegetable shortening
1 cup butter or margarine
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
8 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup milk
