Someone contacted me wondering if I could make a tiramusu topsy turvy wedding cake. i was wondering if that would hold up well to even stack like that. I've never had tiramusu cake before, so I'm not quite sure.. Also are there any really good recipes out there for one that I could test out before I message her back. Thank you!
I've made one before. Very easy - just brush vanilla cake well with sugar syrup mixed half and half with Tia Maria or Kahlua, but not so it's soggy! Then fill with a vanilla or coffee flavoured meringue buttercream. HTH!
