Charging For Cupcakes

I was asked to make 300-400 cupacakes with buttercream frosting. What would you charge. This is for a baby theme. They would be your standard size cupcake and they wouldn't be filled.. They would be topped with a simple baby theme.

For 350 cupcakes with a simple design, I'd charge 530.00...but that's like a midwest-small-town type price. Depending on where you live you could charge anywhere from 350.00 to 1750.00 (1$ each to 5$ each)

For that I would charge $2 per cupcake or $20 per dozen, so anywhere between $500-$668, depending on the exact number ordered. Hope that helps!

I charge $20 per dozen for basic designs and go up if they want fondant or other extras
