Refrigerated Filling And Fondant Question.

I have to do a cake that has a strawberry cream filling but also has fondant decorations on the outside. So far I've only done cakes that have icing fillings and haven't had to refrigerate them. I've done cupcakes that have fondant decorations and after I take them out of the refrigerator the fondant wilts from condensation.

I don't want the decorations on the outside to wilt, but I don't want the filling to go bad.

How does one balance this?
