I don't know what you mean "recipe for a windsurfing cake", you can make pretty much any cake into any shape you want. Is there a flavor you are looking for or are you looking for instructions on how to do a particular cake?

Typically a recipe is the ingredients that go into something, what it's made of, and how to mix and cook it. You can use almost any cake recipe to make the actual cake. It sounds like you are looking for directions on how to sculpt the cake. For that you can try youtube. They have directions for almost anything you can think of on there.
