I just ordered some 2" circles of an image I designed off Etsy (couldn't find a local bakery that would print them for me). The question I have is can luster dust be used once these are placed on fondant? I don't know the brand but they are icing images if that mattes.

Yes, of coarse you can put luster dust on them.
