Can You Use Homemade Fondant With Cricuit Cake Machine?

I was reading a couple review about the product and I noticed a couple of reviews saying that they had to buy fondant because the homemade stuff didn't work with the machine. Please share your experiences. I just ordered the machine and I am so excited to use it. Thanks for your help.

I used MMF with mine,haven't had a problem so far.

Me too. Maybe they just need to add a little more sugar. The homemade stuff does tend to be a litlte softer, in general.

I've used MMF. As it is softer, I rolled it out and let it stand for a few minutes before cutting. This was some MMF I had around from a project a month or so ago. I made a new batch today, so will see how it goes tomorrow!
