325 on convection bake always....350 is too hot...burns whites cakes...

Depends on whether it's conventional or convection.. I use conventional so I bake at 350. I would bake at 325 if it were convection.

350 most of the time, 325 for 10" or larger cakes.

WAIT! I just realized this is in the Cupcakes Forum. Regular oven, 350. Cupcakes, for me at least, dome better shorter time, hotter oven.

Cakes, lower temp, longer time, because I don't want them to dome.

Leah_s, I'm an idiot! When I saw all the 325 degree temp. replies I realized that I should have specified cupcakes but didn't since it's in the cupcake forum. Sorry for not being more clear; if your reply is now different please repost your answer. Thanks
