I have never used SMBC before and want to give it try, but I have a question. Can you use it to decorate with? I've read that it isn't as stiff as regular BC. Is this true?
I need to make flowers etc.. will the SMBC work for this?

Thanks for any help you can give.

I haven't used it for flowers myself, but I *think* some people do. If your SMBC is too soft perhaps mixing in cooled melted chocolate at the end might get it to set a bit firmer?
